In that day the wolf and the lamb will live together; the leopard will lie down with the baby goat. The calf and the yearling will be safe with the lion, and a little child will lead them all. Nothing will hurt or destroy in all my holy mountain, for as the waters fill the sea, so the earth will be filled with people who know the Lord. – Isaiah 11: 6; 9

Do you ever just stop and think about how much God loves you?

Well if you don’t, think about it with me for a minute:

He loves us so unconditionally that He sent His son Jesus to redeem us eternally and create true peace in our lives.

God’s love is like a giant tidal wave crashing down on us or like a hurricane barreling towards us.

His love is strong enough to turn enemies into best friends, and oppressors into caregivers.

His love turns tragedy into joy, and pain into laughter.

His love heals the deepest of wounds and transforms the impossible into the mundane.

His love is everlasting, guaranteed to never fail.

And He’s secured it all for you and me through the blood of His Son Jesus because each one of us is precious and important to Him.

Through the love of God, we have access to the peace of Jesus Christ which transcends all understanding for all of time.

How wonderful a thought that is!

Be blessed,

Alexia

Prayer: God, thank you so much for loving me unconditionally. Help me to abide in you daily so I can always be refreshed by your peace and love. Right now I ask that you would always guard my heart and mind in Christ so I can experience His unparalleled peace as you intended. In Jesus’ Name, I pray, Amen.
