We’ve all been told that we don’t have the power to change anyone’s behavior or thoughts.

And it’s a good thing we don’t have to worry about that!

When we observe that someone close to us either doesn’t know God or has strayed from Him, it can be distressing and devastating.

Because we want very badly for them to know and accept the love of Christ.

But these people may reject offers for prayers, be combative about their religious viewpoints, and live a lifestyle that leads to destruction.

But when we pray over these people sincerely and ask the Lord to cover them with the eternal blood of Christ, we have to trust that they will eventually come around.

They probably won’t come around on our own timetable, but if we continuously pray and ask God to perform a mighty work in their lives and commit to being a humble vessel for the Gospel, they will see the light.

In His time, God will replace the stony hearts of our lost loved ones, and give them gentle, tender hearts that seek after Him.

Be blessed,

Alexia

Prayer: God, right now, I release _____(insert loved one’s name(s)_______ to you. Please surround them with your Holy Spirit and convict their spirits and hearts of the truth of Jesus Christ. Perform a mighty work in their lives so they will have no choice but to bow their knees and confess that Christ is King. In Jesus’ Name, I pray, Amen.
